Job summary

JUNANDUS (Eatnovation Sdn Bhd) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a pastry kitchen team member to bake and decorate cakes, whip cream, and help with recipe-based production. Training will be provided for fresh graduates and those new to the field.

Flexible 5 or 6 day work weeks with an 8am–6pm schedule, and holidays observed. Candidates gain great hands-on learning across production departments in a fast-growing cake delivery company recognized for rapid growth and awards.

Qualifications

• 5/6 days work per week and 8am–6pm schedule.
• Public holidays closed.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a pastry kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Bake cakes, whip cream and layer cakes following chef's recipes.
• Decorate and package cakes for presentable display.
• Assist production manager in festive menu creation (crepe cake, cheesecake, sponge cake, buttercream and fondant cakes).
• Gain broad exposure across production departments and learn on the job.

Requirements

5/6 days work per week, working hours is 8am-6pm, we close on all major public holiday.

A hardworking person with strong self-discipline and pro-active in learning.

Fresh graduate / Candidate with no working experience can also apply as complete training will be provided.

Previous working experience in a pastry kitchen will be advantageous.

Responsibility

Bake cakes, whip cream & layer cakes following recipe given by chef.

Decorate & pack cakes ensure they are nicely presentable.

Assist production manager in festive new menu creation including crepe cake, cheesecake, sponge cake, buttercream cake & fondant cake.
