The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Masai, MY is seeking friendly Café Supervisors to oversee Brew Crews, maintain service quality, and enforce SOPs in the absence of the Café Manager. This on-site, full-time role offers opportunities to grow within a dynamic, internationally renowned brand.

As a member of the Malaysia Brew Crew, you will enter our Barista Academy from day one and develop expertise in the craft of coffee and tea, gaining valuable career skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related field or equivalent required.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Customer service skills are essential.
• Multitasking skills required to handle busy environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Able to collaborate with team and adapt to changes.

Responsabilités

• Sales and customer service to drive profitability and quality service.
• Store operations including opening/closing duties and stock management.
• Employee development through training and delegation.
• Product knowledge to ensure consistent quality drinks and products.
• Store presentation to maintain clean, well-merchandised cafe.
