Job summary

CHIPSOCREME is seeking enthusiastic Cafe Crew members for Aneka Walk in Shah Alam, Selangor. You will be at the heart of hospitality operations, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, food and beverage prep, POS handling, and maintaining hygiene. No prior experience is required; strong communication and a positive attitude are essential for restaurant teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality, cafe or restaurant environment is desirable but not essential; no prior experience is also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude, reliability and commitment to maintaining professional standards.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items as required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• A keen interest in food and beverage service and creating positive customer experiences.

• Processing payments and managing the point-of-sale system accurately

• Restocking supplies and ensuring adequate inventory of food, beverages and service materials
• Responding to customer inquiries and handling requests or complaints with professionalism and courtesy
• Supporting the team during peak service times and maintaining a positive work environment
• Following food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
