Job summary

Chin Hin Construction Engineering Sdn. Bhd. in Cyberjaya is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to supervise site workers and subcontractor crews, interpret drawings, and communicate work scope to teams.

You will monitor progress, ensure QHSE compliance, verify material delivery, maintain daily diaries, and coordinate with trades to minimise clashes while reporting safety hazards and quality issues to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Certificate III/IV in Construction preferred.
• CIDB Green Card (mandatory).
• First Aid Certificate.
• NIOSH Safety Passport.
• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in civil or building construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate on-site labour.
• Construction supervision and labour coordination.
• Drawing interpretation and setting-out.
• Subcontractor crew management.
• Site safety enforcement.
• Daily progress reporting.

Responsibilities
