Job summary

Nestcon Builders Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (C&S) to oversee daily construction activities on high-rise projects, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and timely completion. You will supervise C&S works, coordinate with the project team, and manage site staff and subcontractors to keep operations running smoothly.

Must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of C&S site supervision experience; familiarity with high-rise construction and the ability to

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Site Supervisor in C&S construction.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good personality, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily C&S works to ensure project progress and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
• Resolve C&S site issues independently and coordinate with the project team when necessary.
• Manage and coordinate workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth site operations.
• Conduct site inspections independently with consultants and clients.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare daily site documentation, including site diaries and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and construction procedures.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to support efficient site operations.
