Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support end-to-end project material sourcing for oil & gas operations in Kuala Lumpur.

The role focuses on timely sourcing, delivery, and compliance with P2P procedures. You will handle RFQ/RFx, award, expediting and close-out; procure E&I, piping, valves and mechanical items; coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet delivery schedules; maintain procurement records in SAP; and support

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, preferably with oil & gas exposure.
• 3–5 years in supply chain/procurement for project or operations.
• 1–2 years in project material procurement (E&I, piping, valves, mechanical items).
• Experience in sourcing, RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and delivery coordination.
• Knowledge of SAP or other procurement systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; negotiation skills.
• Oil & gas experience is an added advantage.

Job Summary

Requirements

• Degree in any relevant discipline, preferably Engineering, with relevant Oil & Gas experience; or Diploma with relevant industry experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain/procurement, preferably supporting project or operations environments.
• 1–2 years of experience in project material procurement, particularly E&I, piping, valves and mechanical items.
• Experience in sourcing, RFx, commercial evaluation, negotiation, award and delivery coordination.
• Good understanding of industrial products, supplier capabilities and lead times.
• Knowledge of SAP or other procurement systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Candidates with Oil & Gas experience will have an added advantage.
