Job summary

Elsa Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Buyer (Services) to support procurement, vendor engagement, sourcing and post-award activities for Oil & Gas/EPCIC projects or operations.

The role covers requisition management, supplier coordination, RFQ/tender invitations, contract administration, expediting and delivery coordination to ensure compliant procurement processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, subcontracting or supply chain.
• Knowledge of SAP MM and basic contract terms, Incoterms and procurement processes.
• CIPS/ISM certification is an added advantage.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, subcontracting or supply chain, preferably in Oil & Gas/EPCIC projects or operations.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of SAP MM, basic contract terms, Incoterms and procurement processes.
• Experience in sourcing, vendor coordination and basic contract administration.
• CIPS/ISM certification is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with BIMCO or equivalent contract forms is an advantage.
