Job summary

Come Come Trading Sdn Bhd (拜托电商超市) is seeking a dedicated butcher to cut, trim, debone and prepare meat products (chicken, beef, pork, lamb) for our online grocery customers. You will check quality, ensure proper storage temperatures and prepare items for packing.

Based at Shamelin Business Park, KL, the role requires six days per week on a rotating shift (9:00–18:00 or 14:00–23:00). You must be able to work weekends and public holidays when required, and maintain cleanliness and food safety

Qualifications

• Experience in meat cutting or butcher work is preferred.
• Knowledge of meat handling and food hygiene.
• Able to work in a chilled/cold environment.
• Physically fit and able to handle meat products.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a team.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare meat products according to company standards.
• Prepare and pack fresh meat items (chicken, beef, pork, lamb) for customers.
• Check meat quality, freshness, and ensure proper storage temperature.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Weigh, label, and arrange meat products properly.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work area.
• Prepare online customer orders accurately.
• Assist other teams with daily operations when required.

Job Position: Butcher (beef, chicken, pork, lamb)

Reporting To: General Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Shamelin Business Park, KL

Working day and working time: The employee shall be required to work six (6) days per week on a rotating shift schedule basis, with one (1) designated rest day per week as scheduled by the Company.

The working hours shall be arranged according to the operational requirements of the Company and may include the following shifts:

• Morning Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
