Karunia Prima Nastari (KPN CORP) seeks a seasoned refinery leader to head the business unit, overseeing operations, production, commercial, finance, supply chain and people management.

Lead the overall refinery business unit, covering operations, production, commercial, finance, supply chain, and people management.
Take full responsibility for P&L, business performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve production, cost, quality, safety, and financial targets.
Lead refinery optimization, capacity utilization, cost improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, customers, suppliers, government/regulatory bodies, and business partners.
Lead and develop the management team and build a high-performance organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil & gas / edible oil / oleochemical / petrochemical / related refinery industry, with significant experience in refinery operations.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership position such as Business Unit Head, Refinery Director, Plant Director, General Manager, or equivalent.
Proven track record in managing a large-scale refinery/factory with full P&L responsibility.
Strong understanding of refinery operations, process optimization, maintenance, supply chain, and commercial/business management.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; experience working in a multinational or regional environment is preferred.
