Job summary

Karunia Prima Nastari (KPN CORP) seeks a seasoned refinery leader to head the business unit, overseeing operations, production, commercial, finance, supply chain and people management.

You will drive P&L ownership, push for optimization, maintain regulatory and HSE standards, and build a high-performance team while engaging key stakeholders and customers across regional markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas / edible oil / oleochemical / petrochemical / related refinery industry.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position such as Business Unit Head, Refinery Director, Plant Director, General Manager, or equivalent.
• Proven track record in managing a large-scale refinery/factory with full P&L responsibility.
• Fluent in English; multinational or regional experience preferred.
