Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Business Transformation Project Manager to lead large-scale change initiatives across the bank. You will drive project delivery from initiation to benefits realization, coordinating IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure value for customers and colleagues.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in delivering complex transformation programs within financial services.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

  • Manage large-scale business transformation projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and risk management plans.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and PM artifacts.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to navigate complex project landscapes
