Job summary

Innio Group Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a skilled consultant to understand client business requirements and challenges, conduct business and process analysis, and prepare proposals and documentation.

The role supports implementation of business and technology solutions, conducts client meetings and workshops, and works with cross-functional teams to monitor progress and provide post‑implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, HR, Management or related field.
• 2-5 years of consulting, business analysis, HR or technology experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, digital transformation or consulting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business requirements and challenges.
• Conduct business and process analysis.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and project documentation.
• Support implementation of business and technology solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, workshops and presentations.
• Develop recommendations and improvement strategies.
• Work closely with project, technology and business development teams.
