Flex is looking for a Business System Analyst (ERP Finance systems) in Shah Alam, Selangor to scope requirements, train users on Baan/LN Finance modules, perform testing, and support Go-Live data

Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance Diploma, Degree, Professional Course (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, LCCI etc).
• Minimum 2–5 years working experience in Finance Operations.
• ERP experience in Finance Module (Baan 5 and LN most preferred).
• Able to travel frequently (Domestic/International) as per Project's requirement.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Scoping exercise to find out current environment and gather requirements from project sites.
• Training of Key Users on the use of Baan/LN in general and Finance module in specific and related sub-systems.
• Conducting Testing sessions with users on the use of Baan/LN application and other sub-systems.
• Conducting Testing on Development solutions that are requested for the project you are working on.
• Setup of system and Master Data for Go-Live migration, while liaising with multiple expert teams on the setup of various sub-systems.
• Performing Post-Go Live support.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business System Analyst (ERP Finance systems) located in Shah Alam, Selangor.

What a typical day looks like:

• Scoping exercise to find out current environment and gather requirements from project sites.
• Training of Key Users on the use of Baan/LN in general and Finance module in specific and related sub‑systems.
• Conducting Testing sessions with users on the use of Baan/LN application and other sub‑systems.
• Conducting Testing on Development solutions that are requested for the project you are working on.
• Setup of system and Master Data for Go‑Live migration, while liaising with multiple expert teams on the setup of various sub‑systems.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
