Job summary

Jora Malaysia offers a Business Support Intern position based in Bayan Lepas with hybrid work options. You will assist the team with daily operations, training material preparation, schedule coordination, and client communications to ensure smooth delivery of training, consultancy, and coaching programs.

This role provides exposure to learning solution design and business process improvements in a fast-paced consultancy environment, with opportunities to develop organizational and research

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills, attention to detail, document handling, and basic data management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members, consultants, and clients.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and willingness to learn new digital platforms.
• Ability to conduct basic research, summarize findings, and support preparation of training or presentation materials.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Interest in learning and development, coaching, consulting, or business operations; prior internship experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work in Bayan Lepas and occasionally outside standard hours when supporting workshops or client sessions.
