Job summary

Lapp Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Business Support Executive - Quotation to join our Shah Alam sales team on a full-time basis.

You will support quotation management, collaborate with product, pricing and logistics, and ensure accurate, timely quotes for customers. The role requires 1-2 years' experience in sales support or related fields, strong Excel/Word skills, and familiarity with CRM systems and SAP.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in a sales support, quotation or business support role (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Experience with CRM systems and SAP is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage complex product specifications and pricing information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and process quotations based on customer requests and sales specifications.
• Liaise with product, pricing and logistics to gather accurate information for quotations.
• Review quotations for accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update quotation templates, pricing databases and product information systems.
• Track quotation status and follow up with relevant teams for timely delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding quotation details and provide clarification.
• Input and manage quotation data in company systems and CRM platforms.
• Coordinate with sales team to address customer requirements and modify quotations as needed.
• Prepare regular reports on quotation volumes, conversion rates and sales pipeline activity.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including order processing and documentation.

Lapp Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Business Support Executive - Quotation to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis in Shah Alam, Selangor. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless quotation management processes. As Business Support Executive, you will be the backbone of our quotation department, working collaboratively with sales teams to deliver accurate, timely quotations to our clients. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to close deals efficiently and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, compile and process quotations based on customer requests and sales specifications

Liaise with internal departments including product, pricing and logistics to gather accurate information for quotations

Review quotations for accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies before submission to customers

Maintain and update quotation templates, pricing databases and product information systems

Track quotation status and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery to customers

Respond to customer enquiries regarding quotation details and provide clarification as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a sales support, quotation or business support role, preferably within manufacturing, industrial or B2B environments

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word

Experience with CRM systems and SAP System are advantageous

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy whilst working with complex product specifications and pricing information

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple quotations simultaneously

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements
