Job summary

Aspial Production is seeking a motivated Finance/Accounting intern to support Corporate Blueprint and Business Advisory projects. You will analyse businesses, financial information, market trends, and industry data to generate structured insights for clients.

You'll work closely with our team on financial statements, projections, benchmarking, and strategic recommendations, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world consulting projects.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Banking, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, and basic business concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and Canva.
• Able to analyse information and present findings in a clear, logical, and structured manner.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage tasks within deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Added advantage: knowledge of financial modelling, data analytics, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
• No prior full-time working experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company, industry, competitor and market research.
• Analyse financial statements, business performance and key financial indicators.
• Assist with financial projections, benchmarking and business analysis.
• Identify business challenges, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Organise data and translate findings into clear business insights.
• Prepare professional reports, presentation decks and client materials.
• Support due diligence and research assignments.
• Assist the team in developing strategic recommendations for clients.
• Participate in internal discussions and selected client projects.
