Job summary

Talent Recruit is partnering with a client in Kuala Lumpur to establish a Shared Services Centre and recruit a seasoned Business & Performance Manager to lead performance management, reporting, and continuous improvement across SSC operations.

The role requires strategic oversight of KPIs, SLAs, budgeting and P&L variance analysis, with strong data analytics and stakeholder engagement. Travel may be required during SSC setup and project initiatives.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent in senior performance management roles.
• Minimum 5 years experience in controlling, performance management, or business analysis.
• SSC or BPO experience managing performance and reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (IFS preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are representing one of our clients who is - setting up a Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Kuala Lumpur and looking for an experienced Business & Performance Manager to lead performance management, service delivery monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
