Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Business Operations Manager for the Data Centre Group across APAC and EMEA, reporting to the Head of Operations. The role oversees reporting, meeting cadence, deliverable tracking and analysis, and leads the Engage Salesforce platform implementation for the group.

You will prepare management materials, analyze transactions, and coordinate cross-regional initiatives, leveraging advanced Excel and PowerPoint while coordinating with senior stakeholders across

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in consulting, strategy or advisory.
• Data Centre, energy, infrastructure or real estate exposure.
• Experience with CRM or operations data platforms and technology implementations.
• Direct transaction experience (M&A, investment, leasing, development or capital markets).
• Strategy experience: market analysis, business planning or strategic reviews.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Excellent PowerPoint skills; translate data into senior materials.
• Proven ability to drive delivery through senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Experience across APAC and EMEA.

• Take on strategic projects and analysis as required.
• Support people management priorities, including workforce planning and talent data.

Essential requirements

• Data Centre, energy, infrastructure or real estate exposure
• Experience with CRM or operations data platforms and technology implementations
• Direct transaction experience (for example M&A, investment, leasing, development or capital markets), including preparing material for investment committees or equivalent approval bodies
• Strategy experience, such as market analysis, business planning or strategic reviews
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and financial modelling
• Excellent PowerPoint skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, senior-ready material
• Proven ability to drive delivery through senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Discretion with confidential people and commercial information
• Fluency in English plus Mandarin and/or Bahasa
• Experience working across APAC and EMEA stakeholders
