Job summary

Cisco in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a senior operations-focused analyst to partner with regional leadership. You will translate strategy into scalable programs, analyze recurring revenue dynamics, and drive data-driven decisions using AI-enabled tools.

Your role involves building dashboards, performing root-cause analyses, and delivering KPI-aligned insights to guide execution across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to improve operational planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational effectiveness and alignment.
• Partner with APJC and regional theatre leadership to formulate, evaluate, and operationalize high-impact growth strategies.
• Leverage foundational sales and renewals strategy acumen to analyze recurring revenue dynamics and uncover regional market expansion levers.
• Incubate forward-looking "big ideas" by translating high-level strategic concepts into structured pilot frameworks, business cases, and scalable programs.
• Collect, format, and analyze operational data using AI-assisted tools to identify trends and anomalies.
• Conduct structured root cause analyses and develop predictive models to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Deliver insights and recommendations aligned with KPIs, budgets, and strategic targets to guide operational execution.
• Lead the design and adaptation of dashboards and reporting tools to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, customer-focused solutions.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through automation and advanced methodologies.
• Build subject matter expertise in Cisco’s architectures and services to inform operational strategy.
• Advise leadership on operational risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly in cross-functional settings.


• Experience applying AI-enabled tools to improve operational planning and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead operational initiatives leveraging AI and automation.


• Experience advising leadership with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
