Job summary

Lulu Money (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites interns to join the data entry team in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist with daily data entry, verify payments, and review documents to ensure accuracy. You will support reconciliation tasks and help prepare daily Excel reports while maintaining orderly records.

The role welcomes fresh graduates or students seeking internship, with a minimum six-month duration, and offers exposure to professional financial services operations in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily data entry and updating transaction details.
• Check and verify payment details, transaction references, and supporting documents.
• Review customer documents to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Support tracking of pending transactions and missing documents.
• Assist with basic payment reconciliation and identifying discrepancies.
• Maintain filing and organisation of transaction records and documents.
• Prepare and update daily reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending cases.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Assist in reviewing customer documents to ensure information is accurate and complete.


• Support the team in tracking pending transactions and missing documents.


• Assist with basic payment reconciliation and identifying transaction discrepancies.


• Maintain proper filing and organisation of transaction records and documents.


• Prepare and update daily reports using Microsoft Excel.


• Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending cases when required.

Job Requirements
