Job summary

BizAdvisor Digital is a hybrid role focusing on financial analysis, business analytics, BI and automation. You will transform data into actionable insights and interactive dashboards, while supporting AI-enabled finance solutions for clients.

The candidate will work with real business data, develop data models, automate workflows and contribute to process improvement across systems and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/AI/DS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of automation, AI/ML, business analysis experience.
• Familiarity with automation platforms and AI concepts.

Responsibilities

BizAdvisor Digital is a one-stop digital business consultancy & accounting firm that combines finance expertise, technology, data and AI to help businesses improve financial visibility, streamline processes and make better business decisions.

We are expanding our digital finance capabilities and are looking for a Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst to join our team.

This is a hybrid role covering financial analysis, business analytics, BI, process automation, financial systems and AI-enabled solutions .

You will work with real business and financial data and help transform it into actionable insights, interactive dashboards and automated processes .

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial & Business Analysis

• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare financial analysis, management reports and KPI reports.
• Analyse revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow, accounts receivable and other key business metrics.
• Perform actual vs budget/forecast analysis and identify key variances.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful financial and operational analysis.
• Support management and clients with data-driven business insights.
• Develop and maintain interactiveBI dashboardsfor financial and business performance.
• Develop data models, measures and visualisations.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, user-friendly and commercially meaningful.

3. Process Automation

• Review finance and business processes to identify manual, repetitive and inefficient activities.
• Map existing and proposed business processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes throughautomation and digitalisation.
• Develop automated workflows.
• Automate reporting, data consolidation, monitoring and other finance-related processes.
• Document processes, workflows and SOPs.

4. AI-Powered Finance Solutions

• Assist in developing automated financial insights and decision-support tools.
• Evaluate opportunities to apply AI and technology to improve finance operations.
• Work with accounting, ERP, CRM, spreadsheet and other business systems.
• Extract, clean, transform and consolidate data from different sources.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality checks.
• Support integration between different systems and reporting platforms.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues.
• Assist in improving the reliability and efficiency of financial information systems.

6. Business Process Improvement

• Understand clients' business models, finance processes and operational workflows.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks and control weaknesses.
• Recommend practical improvements to processes, systems and reporting.
• Work with finance and business teams to implement improvements.
• Support the development of scalable digital finance solutions.

7. Client & Project Support

• Participate in client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Understand client business and financial requirements.
• Support implementation of dashboards, automation and digital finance solutions.
• Prepare analysis, reports and presentations for management and clients.
• Assist with user training and solution implementation where required.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in automation, AI/ML implementation, business analysis, or a related role

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Zapier, Make/Integromat) or willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and tools (e.g., OpenAI/Claude APIs, Python-based ML libraries)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) for scripting and integration work
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar)
• Understanding of process mapping and workflow documentation
