What's the role?

As Junior Business Intelligence Analyst - BW, you will be part of the Global SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Team. Your role involves supporting reporting use and adoption to enhance decision-making across Hilti. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify requirements and develop BW data models and reporting solutions.

What does the role involve?

• Review and improve existing reporting processes. Identify best practices and suggest enhancements.
• Design and implement new data models aligned with business needs.
• Support the data models developed.

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with a CGPA of 3.5 or above.
• Understanding of Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, and Data Modelling principles.
• Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW on HANA, or ABAP is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and interest in technical leadership.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
