Job summary

Asia File Products Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to optimise processes, monitor performance, and coordinate stock management for overseas subsidiaries. You will work with production and overseas customers to ensure timely shipments and accurate data reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' experience, strong Excel and BI skills, and a proven ability to analyse data and deliver actionable insights in a collaborative environment.

Job description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency

Monitor supply chain performance, logistics metrics, and transportation efficiency to ensure optimal service delivery

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion initiatives

Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for reporting purposes

Plan, monitor monthly stock level and coordinate stock management for oversea subsidiary

To manage, monitor and communicate with oversea subsidiary on operation requirement

Ensure timely delivery of products / material based on oversea sales orders

Liaising with inter department to meet delivery deadline

Provide good customer service and take immediate pro-active action on customer requirement.

Able to work independently in collaborating with production and oversea customers regarding shipment, deadlines and to fulfill customer requirements

What we're looking for
