Job summary

TimesFly International (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced driver to transport staff and management to work, meetings, and engagements across Malaysia and Singapore.

You will handle airport transfers, document delivery, and occasional meals transport, while also supervising staff accommodation maintenance. The role requires a valid Class D license, basic proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, and a friendly, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driving license (Class D) with a clean driving record.
• Basic English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with diverse clients.
• Familiar with local routes; knowledge of Singapore routes is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant driving experience.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Responsible, punctual, and with a good service attitude.
• Willing to work overtime and flexible hours when required.
• No criminal or serious traffic offence record.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsible for transporting employees and company management to and from work, meetings, and business engagements.

Drive company management to and from the airport and designated locations, including Singapore.

Assist in delivering company documents and project-related items or goods.

Assist in supervising maintenance works at the staff accommodation and report progress to the company (if required).

Assist in collecting and delivering meals.

Responsible for daily vehicle cleaning, maintenance, and regular inspections (e.g., tires, engine oil, braking system).

Ensure vehicle road tax, insurance, and maintenance records are valid and up to date.

Strictly comply with traffic rules and ensure safe driving at all times.

Maintain the vehicle in clean and good condition.

Record daily trips and mileage.

Be available for overtime or ad hoc assignments in emergency situations.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
