Job summary

PS Global Consulting is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and pursue target accounts for the Hong Kong market. The role is remote from Malaysia, with full-time availability and collaboration with Sales & Marketing to align outreach messaging.

You will conduct cold outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and maintain a robust pipeline while keeping the CRM up to date. Prior HK market experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Professional Cantonese and English communication skills.
• Full-time, remote from Malaysia.
• 1–2 years in sales or lead generation.
• Knowledge of ERP and business software is a plus.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Experience supporting the HK market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads using BANT or similar.
• Maintain a high-quality lead pipeline for the sales team.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing on outreach messaging.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos.
• Keep CRM accurate with activities and lead data.
• Monitor Hong Kong market trends and insights.
• Weekly cadence with Sales & CS to relay feedback.

Job description

• Research, identify, and prospect into target accounts through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.


• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline(BANT or similar framework).


• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality leads to support the sales team.


• Work closely with Sales & Marketing to align outreach strategies and messaging.


• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Sales Managers


• Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and lead information in the CRM system.


• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights relevant to the Hong Kong market.


• Maintain a Weekly Cadence with Sales & CSM to understand market feedback, identifying opportunities to support the needs of sales

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in Cantonese and English is required.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English.


• Full-time availability and ability to work remotely from Malaysia.


• 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.


• Knowledge of ERP, business management software, and the technology industry is an added advantage


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally.


• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales outreach tools.


• Previous experience supporting the Hong Kong market is an advantage.
