Job summary

Shopee is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to support the Shopee Mall team with daily tasks and documentation at the seller level, ensuring workflows run smoothly.

You will collaborate with internal teams to execute administrative and operational duties, maintain accurate process records, and assist with marketing packages as needed. Strong communication and proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets or similar applications is a strong advantage.
• Independent and flexible to take on new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shopee Mall team by executing administrative duties and operational duties.
• Support the Shopee Mall team with documentation of processes and marketing packages at the seller level
• Work with other Shopee internal teams (as and when required) to ensure the smooth execution of administrative and operational duties.
• Other ad hoc tasks as needed
