Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant working experience in event management, communications and project coordination.
• Good in stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Sales in executing business development strategies to support overall business growth.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand equity and market positioning.
• Coordinate and execute marketing events and activities, including monitoring budgets and timelines.
• Assist in implementing communication and public relations strategies, including content development to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage marketing budgets, procurement processes, and payment documentation to ensure effective resource allocation and compliance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials as required.
• Conduct periodic client engagement and satisfaction surveys in collaboration with the Group CX team to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with other business units and divisions in implementing projects, campaigns, and new initiatives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of PB and/or Unit Head.
