PEARL CERTIFICATION SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (Junior/Fresh) to drive new sales and help clients choose the right certification or training for their organization.

The role focuses on lead generation, presentations, and closing deals in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will build long-term relationships, deliver excellent service, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Graduates with marketing, business or related fields preferred.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Own transport is required.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in marketing, business, public relation, or any other field.

Have at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the sales, prefer working for Business-to-business (B2B) or corporate sales is an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to close deals

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and marketing goals

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships

Candidate must possess own transport.
