Job summary

KTS Cellular Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to manage and expand our dealer network across Selangor. The role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening dealer relationships, expanding market coverage, and supporting Samsung mobile product activities.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM/Diploma, preferably with experience in mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail, distribution or related sales industries.
Sales or business development experience is an advantage.
Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and able to work independently.
Willing to travel within the assigned territory to visit dealers and support sales activities.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for communicating with Mandarin-speaking dealers and business partners.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor dealer performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and market coverage.
Support dealers in driving both sell-in and sell-out performance.
2. Dealer Recruitment & Business Expansion
Identify and recruit potential new dealers to expand the distribution network.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and new sales locations.
Build relationships with prospective dealers and support the onboarding process.
Provide dealers with updated information.
Communicate new product launches, promotions, pricing and sales programmes to dealers.
Coordinate merchandising materials, product displays and other sales support materials.
Act as the key point of contact for dealer enquiries and day-to-day sales support.
