Job summary

Bacteria Free Water Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Malaysia. You will attract and convert new clients, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Travel is expected to reach new markets and close deals.

The role emphasizes a strong commission scheme, performance bonuses, and ongoing training within a supportive environment that values growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field is required.
Strong business sense and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel.
Prior sales experience is required, preferably in interior design, construction, or related industries.

Responsibilities

Attract new clients by overseeing and innovating the sales process.
Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets.
Prepare and deliver impactful pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, roadshows) to generate sales opportunities.
Develop customized proposals, negotiate, and translate them into signed contracts.
Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure and implementation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
