Job summary

T-Maxx International in Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Executive to support the BD Director by coordinating market research, preparing pitches, and managing project documentation. The role requires 4–10 years in BD or related roles, a Bachelor's in business or engineering, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with and directly support the Business Development Director in identifying opportunities, conducting market research, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing project documentation to drive our business expansion in Malaysia.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: 4-10 years in business development, sales support, or project coordination (experience in data centers, telecom, or renewable energy is an added advantage)
• Language: Full professional proficiency in English, Chinese.
• Strong communication, organizational, and research skills
• Ability to prepare presentation materials, reports, and commercial proposals
• Familiarity with or interest in the data center, cloud computing, or energy sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Director & BD Support — Assist the Business Development Director in daily BD operations, preparing meeting materials, pitch decks, and internal reports.
• Market Research & Lead Generation — Gather market intelligence, track industry trends, and identify potential business opportunities in the AIDC and renewable energy sectors.
• Project Coordination — Support the project lifecycle by organizing documentation, tracking milestones, and coordinating with internal technical and commercial teams.
• Stakeholder & Partner Liaison — Maintain working relationships and handle follow-ups with clients, local authorities, consultants, and project partners.
