The successful candidate will manage customer relationships and implement marketing plans while targeting new clients. Ideal applicants should possess a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential; Mandarin is advantageous. - Responsible for overall business development on SME loans and other products.
- Manage customer relationships to develop and sustain business flow.
- Develop and implement marketing plans while monitoring customer accounts.
- Solicit and establish new client relationships.
- Enhance existing customer relationships and cross-sell products.
- Achieve monthly minimum collected fees target.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall business development on SME loans and other products.

- Develop and implement marketing plans, while administering and monitoring customer accounts.
- Solicit and establish new client relationships to expand SME business opportunities.
- Enhance existing customer relationships and cross-sell company products.
- Achieve monthly minimum collected fees target, working closely with the Sales Team.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
