A leading financial services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive SME loans and other products. The successful candidate will manage customer relationships and implement marketing plans while targeting new clients. Ideal applicants should possess a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential; Mandarin is advantageous. The position offers training, annual trips, and performance bonuses.

  • Responsible for overall business development on SME loans and other products.
  • Manage customer relationships to develop and sustain business flow in line with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, while administering and monitoring customer accounts.
  • Solicit and establish new client relationships to expand SME business opportunities.
  • Enhance existing customer relationships and cross-sell company products.
  • Achieve monthly minimum collected fees target, working closely with the Sales Team.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Team player with positive attitude.
