Job summary

Ditrolic Energy Group based in Malaysia seeks a data and reporting assistant to support the JB Office. You will manage data sources, connections and integrations in reporting tools such as Excel and CRM, and develop customized reports and presentation slides for teams.

You will monitor report usage, ensure timely delivery of critical information, and assist with research, analysis and administrative tasks to support sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Based in JB Office
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Business administrative background preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage data sources, connections, and integrations within reporting tools such as Excel and CRM system
• Support ad‑hoc data requests and develop customized reports / presentation slides when needed
• Monitor report usage and performance, ensuring timely delivery of critical information
• Support the Business Development team with administrative tasks and proposal drafting related to sales and marketing activities
• Conduct research and analyze relevant data to support the planning, development, and evaluation of projects
