Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Business Development Associate to convert inbound leads into active corporate clients. You’ll engage prospects, understand their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and guide them through onboarding to their first transaction.

Key responsibilities include qualifying inbound B2B leads, guiding onboarding, and partnering with internal teams to resolve client issues, driving activation and first transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development or customer onboarding.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/lead management tools.
• Inbound leads or customer activation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
