HAVI TechHUB in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Specialist to join its TechHUB. You will own the end-to-end BCM framework, align with IT infrastructure, OT/warehouse operations, GRC, Cloud and vendor teams, and drive rapid recovery from disruptions.

You will report to the CISO and shape BIA, DR, and crisis exercises, ensuring adherence to ISO 22301 and EU NIS 2 standards while promoting collaboration and innovation across teams.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in Business Continuity Planning or Operational Resilience in a multinational setting.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and NIST SP 800-34.
• Experience conducting Business Impact Analyses and DR planning.
• Ability to design and run crisis simulations and tabletop exercises.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in information security, risk management, or IT/related field.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Continuity & Operational Resilience Specialist to join our TechHUB in Kuala Lumpur!

As HAVI operates an extensive global supply chain, logistics network, and multi-cloud environment, maintaining uninterrupted operations and ensuring rapid recovery from major disruptions, cyber incidents, or physical threats is mission critical.

Reporting directly to the CISO, you will own the end-to-end design, execution, and continuous improvement of HAVI’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience framework. You will collaborate closely with IT infrastructure, OT/warehouse operations, GRC, Cloud, and vendor management teams to conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA), refine Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, run crisis simulation exercises, and ensure strict compliance with international standards (ISO 22301) and regulatory mandates (EU NIS 2).

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in Business Continuity Planning, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, or IT Service Continuity within a multinational corporate environment.
• Standards & Frameworks: Deep practical knowledge of ISO 22301 (BCMS), ISO 27001 (Security & Continuity domains), NIST SP 800-34, and regulatory frameworks such as EU NIS 2.
• BIA & DR Mastery: Proven expertise in facilitating end-to-end Business Impact Analyses, mapping complex application/infrastructure dependencies, and designing technical DR failover plans.
• Crisis Management & Exercise Execution: Demonstrated track record of designing and leading realistic crisis simulation exercises and table-top drills for operational and executive teams.
• Communication & Stakeholder Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders across IT, operations, supply chain, and executive management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in information security, Business Continuity, Information Technology, Risk Management, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
• Supply Chain & OT Experience: Experience managing operational resilience within global logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
• Cyber Resilience Integration: Familiarity with ransomware recovery scenarios, immutable backup governance, and integrating cyber incident response into broader enterprise BCP frameworks.
