Job summary

Atos is seeking a junior professional to support a cross-functional transformation program in Malaysia. You will bridge multiple workstreams, ensure data accuracy, and help leadership meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes stakeholder facilitation, governance, and analytics, with opportunities to contribute to strategic plans and KPI reporting across APAC. A Big 4-like background is advantageous and the position is based in Cyberjaya.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited program, or equivalent experience.
• Work experience of 2 years in consulting, business operations, or commercial transformation, preferably within a Big 4 or equivalent environment.
• Experience working within a transformation/PMO or high-growth scale-up environment where processes had to be built from scratch.
• Strong business acumen, with advanced analytical and structured problem solving capabilities.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret, analyze, and structure data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between diverse internal teams and external partners. Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-layered projects with a track record of meeting deadlines under pressure.
• Workstream Coordination: Liaise and collaborate with the APAC executive leadership team in reaching decisions on operational activities and assist the progress of multiple Genesis workstreams, ensuring milestones are achieved and KPIs are consistently reported.
• Operational Excellence: Participate and involve with the organization’s strategic and annual business plans.
• Data s Insights: Analyze project metrics to identify risks early. You’ll turn raw project data into actionable insights that help the leadership team make informed decisions.
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports, proposal developments as requested.
• Project Governance: Maintain rigorous project documentation and ensure all workstreams remain aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the transformation.
