Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled security professional to join the Identity and Access Management domain. You will analyse stakeholder needs, onboard IDM solutions, and manage access reviews and SOD rule maintenance.

The role requires 5–7 years in IDM tools with RBAC, strong SQL skills, and scripting capabilities in Python or Java. Collaboration with multiple teams and auditors is essential for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution.
• Professional qualification in information security, such as CISSP / CISM / CEH, or Security product certifications will be advantageous.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with IDM tools and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to analyse and provide SME support in department’s role matrix amendment.
• Perform application onboarding activities including requirement gathering, build, UAT and support production deployments into the IDM solution.
• Manage the bank’s access review exercise including application access reconciliation and consolidation into centralized access repository.
• Review application access matrix.
• Perform maintenance of Segregation of Duty (SOD) rules in the IDM solution.
• Providing audit related data to internal and external auditors.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of internal teams and third party service providers/vendors.
• Capable of managing a variety of priorities and deliverables in an operational, interrupt driven environment with minimal guidance or supervision.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in identity management technologies and integrate innovative approaches into the bank's overall security strategy.

Technical Skills

• Relevant experience in any of the IDM tools.


• Strong knowledge on role based access control.


• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficient in writing complex SQL queries.


• Practical knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python / Java.


• Hands on experience with Reporting tools with excellent computational ability.
