About the Department
UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a wholly‑owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia. Since its launch in 2021, InnoHub2 has been providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support UOB Group, expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services that fuel the bank’s growth ambition. As part of the InnoHub2 team, you will work on Group initiatives, gaining regional business exposure within a dynamic, passionate and purposeful environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various stakeholders in each business unit to analyse and provide SME support for the department’s role‑matrix amendment.
- Perform application onboarding activities, including requirement gathering, build, UAT, and support production deployments into the IDM solution.
- Manage the bank’s access review exercise, including application access reconciliation and consolidation into a centralized access repository.
- Review application access matrix.
- Perform maintenance of Segregation of Duty (SOD) rules in the IDM solution.
- Provide audit related data to internal and external auditors.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of internal teams and third‑party service providers/vendors.
- Capable of managing a variety of priorities and deliverables in an operational, interrupt‑driven environment with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in identity‑management technologies and integrate innovative approaches into the bank’s overall security strategy.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Cyber Security from a recognised educational institution.
- Professional qualification in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) or relevant security product certifications is advantageous.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience with any IDM tools.
- Strong knowledge of role‑based access control.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
- Practical knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python or Java.
- Hands‑on experience with reporting tools and excellent computational ability.
