Job summary

XTS Tech in Malaysia is seeking high calibre Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to support growth in automation services. You will work with clients, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements, support technology and business transformation initiatives, and deliver high quality consulting outcomes.

You will operate in fast-paced, regulated environments and contribute to project delivery and XTS’s broader consulting capabilities,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, support technology and business transformation initiatives, and deliver high quality consulting outcomes. You will be expected to operate confidently in fast paced, regulated environments and contribute both to project delivery and to XTS’s broader consulting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct business process analysis and recommend process improvements
• Support system implementation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational needs

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality
• Collaboration: Frequent interaction with sales, project, solution and engineering teams.
• Travel: This role requires heavy travel to customer sites for meetings and commissioning support.
