HKIS Education Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Business & Accounts Teacher to join our secondary academic team in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. The role involves inspiring students in business studies, economics, and financial accounting and linking theory with real-world applications in a supportive school environment.

You will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and maintain records while fostering critical thinking and ethical business understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (Business/Accounting) or related field.
• 1–3 years of teaching experience in Business Studies and/or Accounting at a secondary school.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong classroom management with a student-centered approach.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies and Accounting according to the school's curriculum standards.
• Simplify complex financial, commercial, and economic concepts through practical case studies, interactive activities, and real-world examples.
• Assess, grade, and monitor student academic performance, providing constructive feedback to support exam preparation and conceptual mastery.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, coursework, examination results, and classroom engagement.
• Foster an interactive and structured learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and ethical business understanding.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student academic growth, progress, and developmental needs.
• Collaborate with the humanities/commerce department, teaching staff, and school management to update teaching resources and contribute to school initiatives.
• Assist in organizing entrepreneurship workshops, business projects, or school events as required.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and dedicated Business & Accounts Teacher to join our secondary academic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspiring students in the fields of business studies, economics, and financial accounting. You will bridge theoretical concepts with real-world applications, equipping students with critical financial literacy, business acumen, and strong analytical skills within a supportive educational environment.

About you

Strong classroom management skills with a student-centered and structured approach to teaching.
