Cyberjaya Education Group in Subang Jaya, Malaysia seeks an experienced lecturer to develop and deliver high-quality accounting and management instruction. You will create lesson plans, deliver lectures and supervise students, while participating in academic administration and programme development.

The role requires 2–3 years teaching experience, a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Accounting, and strong English communication. Exposure to MQA documentation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Accounting are required.
• 2–3 years of teaching experience is required.
• Good command of English, with ability to communicate at all levels.
• Candidate with experience in MQA documentation will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop, review, update, prepare and implement lesson plans, tutorials, assignments and class discussions in compliance with syllabus and curriculum.
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, discussions, workshops, consultancy and other learning facilitation professionally and effectively.
• Contribute to development of new academic programmes and provide ideas to improve operations and profitability of the institution.
• Supervise students and monitor their academic progress.
• Provide feedback to students on performance and offer academic counselling.
• Involved in general academic administration of the faculty and teaching, research and innovation supervision.
• Develop examination papers and assessments according to course learning outcomes; invigilate examinations and evaluate student performance.
• Assist in communications and administrative matters per MOHE and MQA requirements; participate in marketing activities such as education fairs and open days; perform tasks assigned by Management.

Job Overview

Develop, review, update, and implement high-quality lesson plans, tutorials, assignments, and class discussions in line with the syllabus, and deliver lectures and workshops effectively to students. Contribute to new academic program development, supervise students, monitor their progress, and participate in academic administration, ensuring compliance with university and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, update, prepare and implement high quality lesson plans, tutorials, assignments, and class discussions in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum.
• Conduct and deliver quality lectures, tutorials, discussions, workshops, consultancy, and other means of learning facilitation professionally and effectively to students.
• Contribute to the development of new academic programmes and to provide ideas, suggestions, proposals, and recommendation to further improve the overall operations, management, and profitability of the institution.
• Supervise students and responsible for students’ academic progress.
• Consistently monitor and provide feedback to students on their performance and to provide academic counselling to students.
• Involved in general academic administration of the faculty whenever required.
• To fulfil administrative and supervisory roles associated with teaching, research, and innovation.
• Involve in the development of examination papers and other assessments according to the course learning outcomes, invigilate examinations and evaluate students’ performance.
• To assist in the communication and administrative matters in accordance with the policies and regulatory requirements of the university and regulatory requirements by ruling authorities such as Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA);
• Involve in marketing activities such as education fairs, open days and other marketing drives; and
• Attend to other tasks and assignments assigned by the Management.

Skills and Experiences

• Candidates must have a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Have at least 2-3 years of teaching experience.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Candidate with experience in MQA documentation will be an added advantage.
