Job summary

Satria Residence Service Apartment is seeking a responsible Building Technician to join our team. You will perform general maintenance across electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and repairs, troubleshoot electrical issues, and monitor genset, MSB, and water pump systems.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, on-call emergent repairs, and producing basic maintenance reports, all while adhering to safety standards and coordinating with the team for renovations and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Wireman Grade 1 Certificate required.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, repairs & etc)
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issue
• Operate and monitor generator set (genset), MSB, and water pump systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance including Fire Alarm system
• Assist in repair, upgrading, and renovation works
• Ensure all work is completed on time and in accordance with safety standards
• Prepare basic maintenance report
