Job summary

UCSI Education Sdn Bhd. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Kuala Lumpur to oversee building maintenance including M&E systems, plumbing, lifts and air-conditioning.

You will coordinate and supervise contractors, attend to tenant enquiries and manage maintenance billing, records and reports. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in construction, building maintenance, or facilities management, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
