Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. in Malaysia is seeking an experienced facilities manager to lead the day-to-day oversight of property projects, health and safety, and maintenance.

You will ensure service quality, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and contractors to deliver reliable building operations. Key duties include client relationship management, supervising the facilities team, conducting regular audits, and producing reports for management.

Qualifications

Job description

Client satisfaction is second nature to the person in charge. In this role, youll take on difficult issues and seek out opportunities to improve operations. Youll also be constantly in tune with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.

In addition, youll carry out routine service audits to ensure that the team maintains its overall performance. Youll also be in charge of creating stock reports, meeting minutes and monthly management reports to the clients.

Some of the responsibilities are as below:

Responsible for managing/oversee the facilities teams with their day-to-day management of property projects, health and safety matters and building maintenance.

Duties;

• Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Attends client meetings.
• Coordinates oversee and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.
• Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.
• Responsible for facilities inspections and reports.
• Responsible for HVAC, gen-set and UPS maintenance.
• Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labour for projects.
• Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on the work order and billing procedures.
• Managing landlord relationships.
• Managing service contracts
• Daily user for work order system, Corrigo, email, and training.
• Conducting regular facility audits for safety and compliance.
• Controlling all maintenance and facilities spend in line with budgeted levels.
• Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.
