China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn. Bhd. (CCCC Malaysia) is seeking a site engineer to oversee bridge construction, including girder launching, segment assembly, and precast installations.

You will review SOPs, lifting plans, and safety procedures to ensure quality and compliance on site. Requirements include a Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, 2–3 years’ hands-on bridge experience, ability to read complex drawings, strong on-site leadership, and mandatory

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
2–3 years hands-on bridge construction experience preferred.
Reading and interpreting complex structural drawings essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee site operations for bridge construction, including girder launching, segment assembly, and precast work.
Review SOPs, method statements, and lifting plans to ensure safety and compliance.
Coordinate with lifting crew, safety officers, and site supervisors during high‑risk operations.
Monitor progress, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure compliance with project specs.
Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and structural survey data.
Read and interpret complex drawings.
