Job summary

JUBIN BMS (1990) Sdn. Bhd. in Johor Bahru is seeking a Branding Executive to strengthen digital presence and drive e-commerce growth.

The role focuses on social media management, content creation, and branding campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and XHS. You will collaborate with Sales and Design to ensure consistent messaging and deliver performance-driven marketing initiatives. Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in branding, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS/RedNote), Instagram, and other digital channels.
Basic skills in video editing and content creation tools are required.
Strong copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera for live streams, promotional activities, and video content creation.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding consistency.
Possess own transportation and willing to work at Tebrau III, Johor Bahru.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturdays).

Responsibilities

Assist the Marketing Manager in achieving departmental objectives and executing assigned tasks effectively.
Plan, develop, and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
Create, manage, and maintain social media content calendars across multiple platforms.
Monitor social media channels, respond to online inquiries promptly, and foster positive customer engagement.
Manage and update the company's website, ensuring all content remains accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales performance and customer acquisition.
Promote the company's proprietary design software (e.g., TilesGuru) and increase user adoption through marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Design, and other internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated marketing efforts.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Participate in live streaming sessions, promotional videos, product showcases, and marketing campaigns when required.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging social media platforms.
