Soulcare Labs is seeking a Graphic Design & Content Marketing Assistant to join our in-house team in Kuala Lumpur. This role blends visual design with social media marketing to create engaging content and support brand storytelling.

You'll craft static graphics, carousels, Instagram Reels covers, and video content; plan content calendars; work with KOLs; and help drive audience engagement across platforms. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media or content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media strategy and audience engagement.
• Proven eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Experience in beauty, skincare or lifestyle marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create static graphics, carousels, Stories, and promo content.
• Develop and execute social media content strategies across Instagram, TikTok.
• Produce and edit short-form video content for Reels and TikTok.
• Plan and manage content calendar.
• Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to develop concepts.
• Review and provide feedback on influencer content.
• Assist in shoots and be comfortable on camera.
• Research trends and monitor content performance.
