Job summary

WORQ is seeking a Graphic Designer / Multimedia Intern to support the creative and marketing teams in Kuala Lumpur. You will produce visuals for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials, while developing infographics and data visualizations to tell compelling stories.

The role involves collaborating with multiple teams, researching design trends, and contributing ideas to improve user experience and brand communication.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating design, typography and layout skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience or knowledge of web content management systems is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to create graphics, illustrations, layouts and templates.
• Design elements and visuals aligned with brand guidelines for social media, websites, newsletters and promos.
• Create infographics and data visualizations to communicate complex information.
• Research design trends and user requirements to enhance UX.
• Update internal catalog and presentation decks.
• Support community engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist management with ad hoc tasks.
