DTL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Brand Store Sales Representative for Queensbay Mall in Bayan Lepas. You will present, promote and sell products to customers, analyze needs, and build lasting relationships to achieve sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

You will handle customer issues promptly, coordinate with colleagues, and keep management informed with insights on customer needs and market trends. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for a lively, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Confident, responsive and attentive to the customer needs.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Management skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
