Job summary

ServAuto Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a brand content specialist to own the company’s organic social presence across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. You will plan and publish the content, grow and manage the community, and brief the production team.

This role focuses on brand content rather than commerce, collaborates with livestream and marketplace teams for alignment, and requires strong writing, on-camera comfort, and English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency; Mandarin is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in social media marketing or digital brand management.
• Hands-on experience running a brand's own accounts, not only agency work.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an advantage for Xiaohongshu content.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish the content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Manage DMs, comments, mentions and reviews daily; escalate issues to Brand Marketing Manager.
