Job summary

Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a Planning Executive focused on efficiently managing and implementing sampling activities to maximize ROI and brand equity. You will coordinate with agencies, develop KPI-focused plans, and oversee promoter training to ensure high-quality shopper engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years in brand or sales roles, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Graduate with 5 years experience brand/sales experience.
• Strong Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with appointed Agencies to deliver KPI results for each project.
• Develop report formats and analysis with action plans within the project timeline.
• Develop creative designs for POSM, props, uniforms, promoter deployment and profiles.
• Develop promoter training modules for product knowledge and shopper engagement.
